Here is some background information about Blackwallstreet
The Black Wall Street Records is a recording company founded by The Game and his half-brother Big Fase 100 in 2002. The label is named after The Black Wall Street, a segregated black business district in Tulsa, Oklahoma during the early 1900s, which was eventually burned to the ground in the Tulsa Race Riot.
Big Fase 100, the main co-founder, officially left the label after internal problems began between him and The Game. Since then, Big Fase 100 went on to start his own record label called "Brazil & Wilmington Records". Currently, the only project that The Black Wall Street has released as a group is a mixtape called The Black Wall Street Journal Vol. 1 . The label has a distribution deal with Capitol Records. Former artists who have been on The Black Wall Street include: Cyssero, Charli Baltimore, Eastwood, Glasses Malone, Techniec, Vita, Ya Boy, Billboard, and Young Life.
The Black Wall Street Records will release The Black Wall Street Journal Vol. 2 sometime during 2007.
